What we keep, why we keep it, and how you stay in control. Written in plain words.

Who we are
Adensa Supply and Logistics Ltd (Reg. No. CS208781026), Adenta, Accra, Ghana. We decide how your personal details are used and we are responsible for them. Questions: [email protected] or 059 339 1735.
What we keep
- Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number and the country you live in.
- Site details: location, directions and the name and phone of the person who receives goods or meets us.
- Your messages, quotes, orders, invoices, receipts and payment references.
- Photos and reports of deliveries and site visits.
We do not keep card numbers or MoMo PINs. Online payments are handled on the payment provider's own secure page.
Why we keep it
- To reply to you, quote, deliver, visit your site and send receipts and reports.
- To keep proper business and tax records.
- To protect you and us against fraud, for example by checking receipts and delivery codes.
- To send occasional news, only if you ask for it. You can stop at any time.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run Adensa: our website host and spam check (Cloudflare), our email services (Google, and Resend for form emails), WhatsApp, our payment provider once online payment starts, and our accountant. We never sell your details or give them to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
- Orders, invoices, receipts and their records: 6 years, as tax rules require.
- Messages and visit requests that did not become an order: 12 months.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it, every account uses two-step login, data is encrypted in transit, and backups are made every night.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it. We do so within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax.
- Stop news messages at any time.
- Complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission if you are not happy with our answer.
